The research of control methods should be carried out, including linear and various nonlinear control. The representative is the research of fuzzy control, neural network control and expert system of welding process.

（2）焊 接柔性化技術(shù)也是著力研究的內(nèi)容。在未來的研究中，將各種光、機(jī)、電技術(shù)與焊 接技術(shù)有機(jī)結(jié)合，以實現(xiàn)焊 接的精 確化和柔性化。用微電子技術(shù)改造傳統(tǒng)焊 接工藝裝備，是提高焊 接自動化水平淡的根本途徑。將數(shù)控技術(shù)配以各類焊 接機(jī)械設(shè)備，以提高其柔性化水平，是當(dāng)前的一個研究方向；另外，焊 接機(jī)器人與系統(tǒng)的結(jié)合，實現(xiàn)自動路徑規(guī)劃、自動校正軌跡、自動控制熔深等功能是研究的。

(3) The integration of welding control system is the integration of human and technology, and the integration of welding technology and information technology.
